EU Law and Arbitration under International Investment Instruments

Our partner, Daniel Müller, has recently published some comments on the CJEU’s judgment in Republic of Moldova v Komstroy LLC (C-741/19) which concerns, inter alia, the compatibility of the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions of the Energy Charter Treaty with European Union Law.
